This home, originally constructed in the early 1950s, underwent a complete transformation that allowed us to reimagine the space for modern living and entertaining. From drafting the floor plans to selecting every beautiful detail both inside and out, Erin and I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating on this project. Our vision was for the new owner to return home and instantly feel as though they were on a perpetual vacation. To achieve this, we infused the design with an Australian-meeets-desert-inspired aesthetic, incorporating natural stones and earthy woods to evoke that serene, getaway atmosphere. The result is a timeless retreat that maximizes the homes views, blends comfort, style, and a distinct sense of place.
